FMS
FMS hosting is done via MS Terminal Services. This environment allows you to access your system from anywhere in the country, as long as you have an Internet connection and IE6. It does require the installation of the RDP ActiveX component. Our Terminal Servers talk to a dedicated SQL server. This server is monitored all day and your databases are backed up every 30 minutes. This means faster recovery in the event a restore is needed.
Web Time
Web Time is run across a "cluster" of web servers. These servers run independently of each other, but are seen as a single server to you. In the event that one of the servers goes down, your site is still reachable to your user base. Further, servers can be taken out of the cluster for maintenance and updates without having an impact on availability. These servers save their data on a SQL server that is dedicated to Web Time. Again, backups of your SQL databases occur throughout the day. Transactions are backed every four hours.
Invoicing
Our invoices will start coming to you shortly in PDF format via email, to your AP contact. Until this service is operational, we'll continue to send invoices through the U.S. mail. If you require a hard copy, we can continue to mail invoices, but we prefer to do this only upon request. We send invoices out on the 15th of each month and are due at the end of the month.
Our rates are very competitive. Our Web Time rates are $45 per user per year. We do not distinguish the difference between Web Time entry and Web Expense; we have one rate for both products. FMS hosting is evaluated on a case by case basis. Call to explore this option (970) 631-2157.
Administration
If you require it, we can burn CD's of reports or invoices that are saved to disk on a weekly or monthly basis. Fees for this service start at $10 a month.
Backups
Your FMS and Web Time SQL databases are backed up all through the day. The SQL databases are backed up early in the morning and every 30 minutes to an hour throughout the day. Updates
Updates of FMS and Web Time are installed two weeks after a major release. If an interim release in necessary, it will be installed at no cost to you. Contact us by email or phone (970) 631-2157.
